Technical Seminar (US $1,000 each)

To couple with booth participation, exhibitors are encouraged to hold technical seminars during the exhibition period, presenting your technology and experiences to the governmental officials, experts and professionals, whom we will invite subject to your speech content. The package quotation covers a seminar room for up to 100 people, 1 overhead projector and 2 microphones. One seminar should last no more than 1 hour.

Advertisements

Advertising in the Show Directory

The Show Directory will be distributed to all visitors to the exhibition. Moreover, it will be sent to government departments, trade associations and chambers of commerce. Please provide positive film for Black & White insertions and 4-color separation films with color proof for 4-color insertions. Charges on translation, typesetting, artwork, color separation and film making will be quoted upon request. The Directory measures 285mm in height and 210 mm in width.

Note: A 15% of surcharge will be levied on non-exhibitors. Other advertising opportunities, such banners, panels and entrance tickets, are available.


Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy

Upon receipt of this completed Application Form, payment in full of the applicable fee will be sought via Debit Note. Acceptance of participation in this event will be contingent on payment of this fee prior to the start of the fair.

Any cancellation must be sent to Grand Exhibition Services Co., Ltd. by email or fax. The fees are refundable (minus a US $50 fee) until July 26, 2002. After this date, no refund will be made.
Payment should be made in US dollars via T/T. The following information is important for the transfer:
